Jen decided that we needed to try a different type of cat litter. She switched us to some sort of wood pellets. I didn't like it at first, but it has grown on me. We didn't want to use it, so she kept mixing it with our regular litter until eventually, we were just using the pine stuff.
This litter turns to sawdust as we use it, and then we track that all over the house. Or at least that's what Jen says. I like that there isn't dust when I kick litter around. It kind of smells like being outside. Jen says it smells like a garden center, which I guess is fitting since her garden tools are in the room with the litter boxes.
If anyone is debating switching to pine litter, Jen says she definitely recommends it. Just be aware that there will be sawdust. She's been getting Feline Pine Platinum from Chewy.
Recently, Jen has been home a lot more because she quit her job. She said something about her job affecting her health--I don't really understand it, but she kept talking about something called OSHA. Whatever is happening, I like that she is home more with us.
